Summary: W-EATS is a technology tool that connects you with local food vendors on WhatsApp. We don't prepare or deliver food — that's the vendor's job. Collection only.

What W-EATS Is

W-EATS provides a WhatsApp-based ordering technology that allows customers to place food orders directly with independent vendors. We are a technology provider only — not a food business, delivery service, or marketplace.

Section 04

Collection Only

W-EATS is a collection-only platform. There is no delivery service. Once your order is accepted by the vendor, you collect directly from their store. Always confirm the collection address with the vendor.

Vendor Responsibility

All food preparation, pricing, and order fulfilment are the sole responsibility of the selected vendor. W-EATS is not liable for food quality, incorrect orders, or vendor conduct.

No-Show Policy

If you place an order and do not collect it, this is recorded as a strike on your account. Three no-shows may result in your account being suspended from the platform.

Data & Privacy

Customer data is used only to process orders and communicate order updates. W-EATS does not sell or share customer data with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.


Section 09

Limitation of Liability

W-EATS is a technology provider only and is not responsible for food quality, collection disputes, pricing disputes, or vendor performance. Use of the W-EATS platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
