2. Purpose of Data Reports
Reports are designed to help vendors understand ordering trends and make informed business decisions. Reports may be aggregated or anonymised where appropriate. Personal information used to produce reports is handled as described in the W-EATS Privacy Policy.
3. No Business Guarantees
W-EATS does not guarantee increased sales, profits, customer growth, order volumes, rider availability, or delivery performance. All business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the vendor.
4. Data Accuracy
While W-EATS aims to provide accurate system-generated data, we do not guarantee that reports are free from errors, delays, or interruptions. Figures may change when an order is accepted, rejected, cancelled, completed, corrected, or otherwise updated. Notification-failed and clearly identified test orders may be shown for operational review but are not treated as completed orders.
5. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for interpreting reports and deciding how to use the information. Analytics should be checked against the underlying order records before making an important financial or operational decision.

Any automated recommendations, store suggestions, or notifications are system-generated and do not constitute professional, financial, or business advice.
7. Fair Use & Applicable Rights
To the extent permitted by law, W-EATS is not responsible for losses caused solely by relying on an estimate, trend, recommendation, or delayed analytics update. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable South African law.
